US SHIPPING
COVEDOZA offers First Class and Priority USPS shipping across the United States. First Class shipping normally takes 5 - 7 business days from date of package dispatch. And Priority shipping normally takes 3 business days from date of package dispatch.  Click here for USPS updates on shipping delays that may affect you.

STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards, accessories, t-shirts, and office products. All online and in store/event sales are final.  However, we are able to provide store credit if needed.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at covedoza@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
