COVEDOZA is a movement to uplift jefas and ambitious women to live boldly, thrive creatively, and discover their full potential. Created and led by an orgullosa Afro-Latina jefa and leader, we are rooted in breaking system barriers, celebrating diversity and cultura, and building legacies that give all women the power to grow and blossom.

• Our First-Ever COVEDOZA Mini Fashion Show highlighting bold, diverse styles
